Jim Stancl

"I've been teaching 5th Grade IGNITE students at Sycamore Trails full-time since 2017, but feel blessed to have been part of the teaching community here since 2008. I earned a Master's Degree in Elementary Education following a 17- year career in Corporate America, and after having spent eight years owning and operating a Baseball and Softball Training Facility.

I've served on several committees here at Sycamore Trails over the years having held roles such as the Data Coach and Instructional Tech Coach over numerous years.

My wife and I enjoy time with our three adult children and two grandchildren. I have been on the baseball coaching staff at South Elgin High School since 2014 and although I enjoy all sports, we are a baseball family that spends our summer going to games on both sides of town."
